Impurucaris ("unclean-crab"), was a small carrion crab with paddles, giving it limited swimming capabilities.
Facts[]
One of many carrion crabs, Impurucaris was a coastal scavenger that loved to pick at the remains of dead wildlife. Their small size makes them easily ignored by the larger coastal predators, although care should still be taken against smaller predators like the Skull Island Seagull.
As aforementioned, they have paddles on their last appendages. Nevertheless, unlike conventional crabs, Impurucaris was a very poor swimmer, despite being located near the coast and the inland river systems.
Trivia[]
- Unlike the majority of animals from Skull Island, it is highly likely that Impurucaris survived the island's sinking even despite the fact that they were poor swimmers as they could live in the salty oceans.
- Due to their similarities, it is likely that Impurucaris was related to Funucaris.
