Shooteplany was an individual in a plane that was flying through the Empire State Building trying to kill Kong. Shooteplany was seen shooting Kong in the 2005 remake,when Kong was at the top of the Empire State Building.Kong accidentally hit Shooteplany causing it to fall down in the city. Shooteplany was never seen again after this.

In the chapter "The Empire State Building" when Kong climbs at the top of the building and the planes start attacking him, the guy that said "He's hanging on the antenna!" could be the guy that was in Shooteplany. If you hit the plane,the plane will fall down that makes Shooteplany fall to its death.
