The Skull Island Rat is a common, dull-colored rat from the jungles of Skull Island. It is a common prey item for many predators and is often considered the island's keystone species as a result.
Facts[]
Their ancestors were originally stowaways on the boats of the first humans to settle on Skull Island. So they could either be the Brown Rat or the Black Rat.
As rats, they are very successful and adaptable, being able to breed fast and eat basically anything it could fit in their mouths.
Predators are various, but their most common predators include Megapede horridus, Megapede dereponecis, Megapede humus, Howlers, and Calcarisaurus.
