The Skull Island White Bat, Noctadorior alba ("white rising night"), is a small, blind, very bat-like volucerictid from the jungles of Skull Island. It has a 7-9 inch wingspan (17.7-22.8 centimeters).
Facts[]
White bats are not true bats, but an analogous species of rodent. However, like bats, they have huge ears and hunt by sonar. Their eyes are almost entirely gone and covered over with skin which is a good evidence of convergent evolution. They hunt insects and small centipedes at night.
Its main predators often include Howlers who hunt them as a specialty.

Trivia[]
- Like most flying creatures, it is highly likely that the flying rodents survived the sinking of Skull Island without human intervention.
