Virucinifis hemaron("poison blood-insect") is a large, wasp-like creature found on Skull Island.
Facts[]
A dedicated insectivore, Virucinifis was a strange-looking insect that had a overly-enlarged horn-like posterior mounted on its head. The usage of which still remains unknown.
Virucinifis hemaron hunts other insects by pursuing them and then paralyzing them with its venom via its stinger tail. Outside of its horn protrusion, as its name indicates, Virucinifis is also notable for its vivid blood-red colouration.
Trivia[]
- Like all animals from Skull Island. It is unknown what they faced during the sinking of the island. Given the multiple expeditions, there may be a chance that a few surviving populations was saved off-land to a more stable enclosure.
